The Constable is a duputy of the Seneschal office who has the duty to oversee the welfare and safety of the populace. Through chivalrous courtesy and conduct they ensure Mundane, Corpora and Kingdom laws are observed.

Chatelaine
The Hospitaller assists new people in getting started in the SCA, schedules educational demos or demos, and maintains "Gold Key" - loaner costumes for prospective new members to wear when attending their first SCA event.

Exchequer
The Exchequer is the Shire’s treasurer. He or she keeps the books and are responsible for all financial matters for the group.

Herald
The Herald helps research period naming and armorial practices for the registration of names and armory. They call announcements, proclaiming who is fighting upon the field, and acting as the voice of nobility in court. Heralds record awards and honors bestowed, drafting ceremonies, and determine precedence and other period legal niceties.
Minister of Arts & Sciences
The Minister of Arts & Sciences (MoA/S) encourages projects of a crafting nature. This includes fiber arts, cooking, leatherwork, armor making, etc. The MoA/S arranges for classes, keeps track of who is doing what cool thing and finds someone to teach others their craft.

Knights' Marshal
Marshals assist in the development of of combat, whether by full contact armored fighting, Rapier, Target or Combat Archery, Thrown Weapons and Seine. These individuals go through safety training and are well versed in the rules and regulations of their respective fields. They help to inspect weapons and armor, support fighter practice & training, and ensure safety during tournaments, battles or fighting demonstrations.

The Webminister is the technical person in charge of assuring SCA compliance and presentation on the internet.
Chronicler
The Chronicler is in charge of collecting articles and art from to showcase the knowledge and talent of our local artisans, announce highlights from our marshal and administrative focuses, and advertise our+ events and demos. You may find and download electronic copies of the newsletter here. The newsletter has interesting articles and “how to” tutorials plus information of a local nature, including both local & Kingdom events.
